Photohaus Limited Terms and Conditions

 

1) Price and Payment

1.1 Deposit – A non-refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of a photo booth hire. The remaining amount shall be known as the balance.

1.2 Balance Due – The balance should be paid 28 days prior to the date of the event.

1.3 Additional Expenses – Any additional expenses or fees resulting from any changes made by the client will be invoiced separately.

1.4 Late Bookings – Should a hire be booked within 7 days of the hire date, payment in full will be required to secure the booking.

2) Bookings

2.1 Bookings can be made by contacting Photohaus Limited direct via telephone, email, website or social media.

2.2 No booking contract is formed until such time a deposit is received and confirmed by Photohaus Limited.

2.3 It is the customer’s responsibility to provide Photohaus Limited with accurate information to enable Photohaus Limited to carry out its obligations.

 

3) Your responsibilities as the customer

3.1 It is your responsibility to make sure all of your guests are aware of our terms and conditions.

3.2 No food or drink is permitted inside the photo booth at any time.

3.3 No cigarettes or cigars are permitted inside the photobooth at any time.

3.4 No photographic equipment may be used inside the booth other than the equipment provided by Photohaus Limited.

 

4) Photohaus Limited’s responsibilities

4.1 Photohaus Limited accepts no liability for loss, inconvenience, delay or damage unless caused by the negligence of a Photohaus Limited Employee.

4.2 Photohaus Limited will not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events or circumstances outside its reasonable control. This includes but not limited to acts of god, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, hardware or software failure.

 

5) Cancellation

5.1 Should a hire be cancelled, the following cancellation charges will apply:

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made 31 days or more before the hire date are liable for 50% of the agreed hire cost.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the booth hire date are liable for 100% of the agreed hire cost.

5.2 All cancellations must be received in writing to sales@photohaus.co.uk.

5.3 Photohaus Limited reserve the right to cancel any booking, at any time and without notice.
